Enquiries
The service enquiry form collects your name, email address, selected service and enquiry details. Enquiries are recorded in the website’s enquiry system and sent through an email service to Aniela or Stuart according to the service selected. After the studio notification is accepted for sending, the website attempts to send an acknowledgement. A sending status is not proof of arrival in an inbox. A signed, expiring form token helps reject tampered submissions and repeated sends. Studio access to the enquiry records is restricted.
Studio guide
The studio guide uses fixed, studio-approved guidance based on your selected area. It does not call an AI service or send your notes to one. Please do not include names, contact details or sensitive personal information, including a child’s health information, in the guide. Recommendations are suggestions, not confirmation of a booking or availability.
Service providers and technical information
Hosting, enquiry storage and email delivery rely on external service providers. These services process information to operate the website and may handle technical information such as network addresses and error reports. Processing may take place outside Hong Kong; this website does not promise Hong Kong-only storage.
Browser storage
The journal uses browser storage to remember searches and reading position. Studio sign-in uses browser storage to maintain the signed-in session. Browser settings can clear this information.
External sites
Shop purchase links open Big Cartel. Video, photography and social links may open other websites. Their own privacy notices apply when you visit them; this website does not collect payment-card details.
Children’s information
Parents or guardians should submit lesson enquiries for children. Include only information relevant to the enquiry and avoid unnecessary sensitive details.
